President Muhammadu Buhari is about now addressing the Nation barely 48 hours to the presidential election.
The President urged all Nigerians to come out enmasse and vote, promising adequate security for everyone, especially the international observers.
He is also using the opportunity to outline the achievements of his administration in the last four years.
