By Prince Adeyemi Aseperi- Shonibare
From a boy with dreams and eyes so bright,
To a sage whose words now stir the night.
Aare, you’ve walked where few would dare,
With pen and purpose, truth laid bare.
“To live a life of impact is to live forever,”
Your legacy, Aare, will perish never.
With grace you rose, with heart you led,
And by your ink, the world was fed.
We see the smile from yesteryear,
Now crowned in wisdom, bold and clear.
A voice for justice, loud and true,
A lamp for those still passing through.
May your health be strong, your path be clear,
With divine favor year by year.
May heaven’s peace upon you rest,
And every sunrise bring its best.
“The glory of old age is a life well-lived.” — Proverbs 16:31
A golden life, richly weaved.
You’ve built not towers, but hearts and minds,
And left a legacy that time refines.
So here’s to 65 grand years,
To conquered doubts and silenced fears.
To greater heights, still yet to climb—
Your best is not behind—it’s time.
Cheers, Aare, for all you’ve done,
The battles fought, the races won.
With love and pride we lift our voice—
In your greatness, we all rejoice!
Happy birthday Aare Dele Momodu.
