It was a day filled with excitement as a 12-year dream was brought to fruition. It was the ground breaking ceremony of Serenecity Boulevard, a project of Serenecity Properties Limited – a company owned by Midoil Refining & Petrochemicals Company Limited.
Situated at the Ererufu/Itoikin/Ketu Road, Ikorodu-Epe, Lagos, the ceremony brought together stakeholders in the real estate industry.
In his speech at the ceremony, the company Chairman went down memorylane to dissect the process leading to the event of the day, giving wholesome credit to deserving stakeholders, including Chiet (Mrs) Elizabeth Omolara Akintonde.
He informed that the project when completed will boast of residential quarters and other facilities like:
