The Federal Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has set Thursday, May 9th, 2019 as date to give judgment on the Osun State Gubernatorial election
In a notice made available to The Boss, the Court noted that judgment on the suit no CA/259/19 with Appeal No. CA/A/246/2019 between Governor Gboyega Isiaka Oyetola vs Senator Ademola Nurudeen Isiaka will delivered on Thursday May 9, 2019.
The letter signed by Senior Registrar has been deliverd to the Counsels of the two camps.
It will be recalled that the Election Petition Tribunal had declared the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP) Candidate, Senator Adeleke Winner and it was based on that Governor Oyetola headed the appeal court.
