The Supreme Court this morning dismissed the suit challenging the candidacy of Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi.
The apex stated that the suit filed by Dele Segun Oni over the primaries of the All Progressives Congress was a mere academic exercise.
It noted that being a pre-election matterror, it out to be filed in 41 days but this was not done and therefore it was technically thrown out.
