The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has overturned the High Court’s ruling on the candidacy of Prof Jerry Gana as the presidential flag bearer of the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
In its ruling Thursday, the court declared Dr. Donald Duke as the authentic presidential candidate.
