Cosmos Trade Nigeria Limited popularly known as Ice cream and Coffee University has introduced its new naturality and sweet flavours to the world via a 2-day training and tasting session at the Raddison Blu, GRA , Ikeja.
Lectures and training held on day 1 after which participants were issued certificates for outstanding performances.
On Day 2 there was a display of new products, ready-made flavours, mixtures for smoothies and ice cream as well as sale of innovative equipment geared towards processing ice cream easier and faster.
Some of the products displayed for sale include Coffee blending machine, Softsell ice cream machine, Cone maker, Blast freezer, Pasturizer and Batch freezer.
