Officers of the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) have arrested the wanted billionaire native doctor, Obi Levi Obieze, also known as Levi Obu Onyeka, accused of kidnapping and ritual killings while attempting to flee the country through the Seme border axis.
The arrest was confirmed by the NIS Comptroller General, Kemi Nandap, according to a statement signed by the Service’s Public Relations Officer, ACI Akinsola Akinlabi.
