As part of the philanthropic activities of the Esther Ajayi Foundation to improve the living standards of many people living in penury, a free beauty training was held at Glittering Health Beauty, 33 Olowu Street, Ikeja.
The founder of the Foundation, Reverend mother Esther Ajayi, who is the General Overseer of Love of Christ Generation Church, United Kingdom, also gave out 50 thousand naira each to all of the trainees to start their own business.
Beneficiaries of the Foundation showered Reverend mother Esther Ajayi with prayer at the event. The CEO of Glittering Health Beauty, Aremu Kazeem Yaya, also commended Rev. mother Esther Ajayi for her philanthropic gesture towards the training. He said that if we have more people like Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi in Nigeria, life will be meaningful and worth living for the less privileged.
Speaking about youth empowerment, Reverend mother Esther stated:
“Esther Ajayi Foundation aims to empower youths, give hope to the underprivileged, promote children’s rights and education; to inspire new generation of givers among the civil society and business arena.
“I strongly believed that Nigerian youths are not lazy; they are talented and creative. As a result of this, I will support all of you and make sure that this training will be a continuous one.
This money that will be given to you is not for Aso ebi but to empower you to start your own businesses so as to improve your life and the society at large.”
