The Appeal Court is about now delivering judgement on the petitions brought against the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25, 2023 election by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Labour Party (LP) and Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and their presidential candidates.
Among dignitaries either representing themselves or the principals in court are Vice president Kashim Shettima, APC chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, Labour Party chairman, Julius Abure, Aisha Yusuf, Bauchi State governor, Bala Mohammed, Femi Gbajabiamila among others.
