“You cannot rise above everything without knowledge – insight that comes from above! The knowledge from above is the one that elevates you! So divine knowledge is a grace-provoker! Grace, on the other hand, is the heavenly key that unlocks every vast and difficult door!” – Tolulope A. Adegoke, PhD., MNIM, FIMC, CMC, CMS
Grace, as described in the context of the Book of Life and the teachings of the Apostle Paul, is an indispensable factor for self-discovery, true success, and lasting accomplishments. It is the unmerited favor and divine empowerment from God that determines a person’s destiny and enables them to reach their fullest potential. The wonders of grace are manifold and encompass various aspects of life and spiritual growth.
In 1 Corinthians 15:10, Paul acknowledges that it is by the grace of God that he is who he is. This emphasizes the understanding that whatever a person becomes is ultimately determined by God’s grace working in their lives. Similarly, Ephesians 4:7 states that every individual is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. This reveals that when someone is recognized as gifted or talented, it signifies that they are endowed with grace.
Grace plays a vital role in manifesting and uncovering one’s gifts and talents. It has the power to reveal and bring to the forefront the treasures and potential that lie within an individual. Without grace, even the most gifted and talented individuals may remain hidden or fail to realize their full potential. Grace acts as a catalyst for the recognition and development of one’s abilities.
Furthermore, grace strengthens the weak and empowers them to overcome their limitations. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, Paul shares how God’s grace is sufficient for him, and God’s strength is made perfect in weakness. This implies that the strength and power that the weak need to thrive and succeed are accessible only through God’s grace. Grace uplifts and enables individuals to rise above their weaknesses and limitations.
The absence of grace in a person’s life can easily lead to frustration and hinder the fulfillment of their destiny. Divine grace is necessary to eliminate destructive frustration and ensure the smooth progression towards fulfilling one’s purpose. Ephesians 2:4-7 highlights God’s rich mercy and great love, which quickens and saves humanity by His grace. It reveals that through grace, God raises individuals up and positions them in heavenly places to display His kindness and the riches of His grace.
The grace of God is the greatest demonstration of His love for humanity. It is an unmerited favor bestowed upon individuals to enable them to live victoriously and without falling behind in any aspect of life. Recognizing the non-negotiable role of grace in the race of life, individuals are encouraged to continually seek an increase in grace. This pursuit of grace is essential for running the race of life successfully, without depression or frustration.
Grace allows individuals to run the race of life with God, bringing about ease and breakthroughs against all odds. Zechariah 4:6-7 beautifully portrays the reliance on God’s spirit rather than human might or power. It emphasizes that mountains will become plains before individuals who cry out for grace. Grace is the key that unlocks divine intervention and enables individuals to accomplish what seems impossible.
The wonders of grace extend to the breaking of records and achieving feats that surpass anything recorded in Scripture. Hebrews 11:39-40 assures believers that God has provided something even better for them, and every promise and achievement seen in the past can be surpassed in the present generation. The scriptures serve as a source of comfort, patience, and hope, reminding individuals that they can learn from the examples of champions and inherit the promises through faith and patience.
The story of Joseph serves as an instructive example of the possibilities that grace offers to every child of God. Joseph’s life was marked by the mighty grace of God, which led him from being a slave to becoming a ruler. The grace upon his life was evident, and it resulted in prosperity and blessings not only for him but for those around him.
Joseph’s grace-filled journey showcased the correlation between divine grace and wisdom. The grace of God in his life operated on the platform of divine wisdom. This reveals that the wisdom that brings greatness is not of human or worldly origin but comes from above. Divine wisdom is a provoker of grace, and grace, in turn, opens doors that lead to greatness.
In conclusion, the wonders of grace are vast and transformative. Grace determines a person’s destiny, uncovers gifts and talents, strengthens the weak, eliminates frustration, and enables individuals to run the race of life successfully. Divine grace, coupled with wisdom, has the power to elevate individuals from obscurity to prominence and facilitate extraordinary accomplishments. Grace is an essential factor for experiencing God’s love and breaking records in the pursuit of one’s purpose.
