Barely 24 hours after the death of a popular Nollywood actor, Saint Obi, was made public, a popular Yoruba movie actor and producer, Murphy Afolabi, has also died.
There are no details yet about the circumstances surrounding Afolabi’s death, according to The Punch report.
Meanwhile, the death of the Yoruba actor was announced by a well-known director and producer of the industry, Ola Yusuff who took to his Facebook page to announce the death on Sunday afternoon.
He wrote, “REST IN PEACE…”
“May God give the family and close associates the fortitude to bear the loss.
However, some Yoruba actors were seen commenting and commiserating with the family of the deceased.
Unconfimed reports says the late actor fell in his bathroom. He was 49 years.
