We gathered that preparations have reached feverish pitch for the event scheduled for Bank Holiday Sunday, August 25th at the famous Indigo, 02 Arena, Greenwich, London.
Fondly called the King of Nigerian comedy for nurturing and mentoring talented acts such as Basketmouth, Ay, Tee A, Yaw, Bovi and Senator, the witty, ebullient and cerebral genetleman who has spent over 30 years on the job said that it will be an evening of unforgettable fun.
The topnotch comedy show which promises to be exceptional and the first of its kind will feature the likes of Kenny Blaq, Patrick Salvador, Comedian Kojo, Dan d Humourous, Tez Ilyas, Gbenga Adeyinka, Yibo Koko, Ian Irving and musical artistes like 2baba, Waje, Cuppy, among others.
In one of his interviews the man who wines and dines with Presidents as he does with the common man said about his love for mentorship “The thing I do is that I teach by example, a lot of them have watched me perform; professionalism is key and talent is important”.
