President Muhammadu Buhari has suspended the Ruga Settlement project following pressure from Nigerians.
The project, according to the Federal Government, is an idea designed to stem the tide of herdsmen/farmers clashes across the country.
Buhari is said to have suspended the idea pending further notice, it was learnt.
Announcement to the effect is expected to be made soon with detailed information, according to Presidency source.
