Appeal Court sitting in Osun State has ruled in favour of Governor Gboyega Oyetola of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Osun 2018 governorship election.
Senator Ademola Adeleke of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had earlier emerged victorious in the election petition tribunal.
Justice Hannatu Sankey, in her lead judgement on Thursday, ruled that the entire proceeding of the tribunal was of “faulty composition”.
Four out of the five-man panel upheld the judgement.
