Buhari Addresses the Nation, Asks Nigerians to Come Out and Vote, Promises Adequate Security

Date:

By Eric Elezuo

President Muhammadu Buhari has called on all Nigerians to forget the disappointment of last Saturday’s postponement and come out in their numbers tomorrow to vote for the candidates of ‘their choice’

Buhari made the call this Friday morning during a nationwide broadcast. He also assured the international observers of the security, asking them to go about their duties without fear.

The President’s broadcast is a repetition of last week’s statement shortly before the INEC cancelled and postponed the elections.
