President Muhammadu Buhari, has, in a statement on Saturday, directed a three days national mourning for the late former president, Alhaji Shehu Shagari.
During the period, according to the statement, the national flag would fly at half-mast in military and para-military formations as well as public buildings.
The mourning periods take effect from Sunday (today).
