By Eric Elezuo

The presidential candidates of the two leading political parties for the 2019 general elections, Presidential Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are locked in the war of policy documents as the electoral umpire, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) lifts ban on campaigns.

While the PDP presidential candidate’s ‘peoples policy’ is bent on ‘building the nation’, the APC candidate harps on the achievements of the administration and suggests ‘next level’
