Ogun State Commissioner for Commerce and Industry and Ogun East consensus gubernatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Otunba Bimbo Ashiru has felicitated with Muslims on the occasion of this year’s Eid-El Kabir’s celebration.
In a statement issued by his media campaign office, Otunba Ashiru enjoined Muslim faithful to uphold the exemplary virtues of Prophet Ibrahim in sacrifice, patience and total obedience to the wish of Almighty Allah.
He also congratulated Muslims who are currently in the Holy land of Mecca to participate in the rites of the Hajj urging them to always be guided by the lessons of patience, endurance, love and personal sacrifice as exemplified by prophet Ibrahim which are the hallmarks of Eid-El-Kabir.
He then enjoined Nigerians to use the period to extend hand of fellowship across all citizens in the state to practice their religion in love and by the truth it professes in brotherly love, accommodation and sacrificial giving.
