The Lagos State House of Assembly will on Friday, June 29 2018 hold a special parliamentary session to celebrate the third anniversary of the 8th Assembly.
The event, which is billed to take place at the Assembly Chamber, Lagos State House of Assembly by 2pm, will be hosted by the Speaker, Rt Hon Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa.
Among special guests expected are the Vice President of Nigeria, His Excellency, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, who will be speaking on the topic “Strengthening Legislative Institutions: Panacea for Enduring Democracy” and the former Speaker, House of Representatives, Alhaji Ghali Umar Na’aba, who will lead other discussants.
