Ex-PDP Spokesperson, Adeyeye, Supporters Defect to APC

Date:

A former Spokesperson for the Peoples Democratic Party, Prince Dayo Adeyeye, has defected to the All Progressives Congress.

The former Minister of State for ‎Works said he was joining forces with the APC and its candidate, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, to rescue Ekiti.

Recall that Adeyeye contested the Ekiti PDP governorship primary where he lost to the party’s flag bearer, Prof. Kolapo Ishola. He had described the exercise as a charade call the party a poverty party.

His defection to the party he formerly despised is a product of his grievance.
