It was arranged days ago, and officially sealed today, Alhaji Tunde Balogun has become the new Chairman of Lagos Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
At the Primaries that unfolded unity list was already in circulation before the first vote was cast-and at the end of it all, all the officers chosen scaled through without any opposition.
