Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Senator Babafemi Ojudu has withdrawn from the Ekiti Gubernatorial race.
Senator Ojudu who was one of the top contenders said he was stepping down because he does not want to be part of an undemocratic occurrence that is about to happen.
He announced his withdrawal at a press conference at his Ado Ekiti home.
The Ekiti State APC primaries has been slated for May 12th, 2018
