A pipeline along Ijegun axis of Satellite town has exploded.

Ijegun is a northern suburban community in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State, Nigeria.

The incident has caused pandemonium, leaving many to scamper for safety.

Videos on social media capture the flames and people running helter-skelter.

Some persons are feared dead and many others injured.
