Atiku Sets Dates to Formally Declare Presidential Intention

A former vice president of Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has released schedule detailing his formal declaration to run for the 2019 Presidential Election.

In a press statement release by the Atiku Presidential Campaign Council, and signed by its Director-General, Ounba Gbenga Daniel, the exercise will begin with a solidarity mega rally on July 4, 2018 in Yola, Adamawa State.

It will be followed by a pre-declaration programme on July 19 in Abuja before the grand event takes place at Eagles Square, Abuja, on July 28, 2018.

The campaign council through the statement called on Nigerians to join in the history making event towards beginning ‘a new page in stimulating development’
