Ife Elders Thank Omisore over Bulletproof Cadillac Car Gift to Ooni

The Ile Ife Elders in Council has appreciated a former Deputy governor of Osun State, Dr. Iyiola Omisore, for presenting a brand Cadillac car as a gift to the Ooni of Ife, Arole Odua, His Royal Majesty, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ojaja II.

Speaking on behalf of the Ife elders, the Chairman of the council, Chief Funminiyi Akantioke, lauded the businessman-cum-politician for his large heart, noting that the present gesture was not the first time Omisore will showing love to the Ooni stool.

While saying a special prayer of multiplication for Omisore, Chief Akantioke recalled that while the immediate past Ooni, Okunade Sijuwade, was on the throne, Omisore sowed a car gift in his life, and prays that God will to multiply his gains.

“I pray that the Most High will continue to bless our beloved political oracle, Dr Iyiola Christopher Ajani omisore,” Akantioke said.

The council of elders chairman did not also spare prayers and congratulations for the Adole Oodua, as he asked for his long life and prosperity as well as more peaceful coexistence among Ife people in particular, and the Nigerian nation in general.

Recall that on Monday, Omisore, who represented Osun East senatorial district in National Assembly between 2003 and 2011, presented a bulletproof Cadillac Escalade to Ooni in Ife.

The wonders on wheels is estimated at the cost of N1.4 billion.
