Wike vs Fubara: NADECO USA Rejects Tinubu’s Terms of Settlement

Date:

By Eric Elezuo

The National Democratic Coalition (NADECO) USA chapter, has totally rejected the terms of settlement presented by the President Bola Tinubu-led mediation team in the crisis between the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and the Rivers State Governor, Siminialayi Fubara.

The group said in a statement, signed by its Publicity Secretary, Comrade David Adenakan, on Tuesday that the settlement as submitted negates Good Governance and the prevalence of Rule of Law, and as a result, is outrightly rejected.

Recall that President Tinubu mediated over the crisis rocking the state with the members, whom stakeholders claim are principally Wike’s loyalists. The eight resolutions reached thereafter, are reportedly against the freehand governance for the Governor Fubara.
