Supreme Court Dismisses PDP, Atiku’s Appeals for Lacking in Merit, Affirms Tinubu As Duly Elected

The seven-man Supreme Court panel of Justices led by Justice John Inyang Okoro, has dismissed all the appeals brought before it by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, saying they are lacking in merit.

The seven man team unanimously agreed that the Appellants did not do due diligence in their petitions, and therefore, dismissed all, and declared Bola Tinubu duly elected as president of Nigeria.
