Just In: Supreme Court Fixes October 23 to Hear Atiku’s Case Against Tinubu’s Election

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has finally fixed a date to gear the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, against the election of President Bola Tinubu.

A memo dated October 19, 2023, declared that the appeal will be heard on Monday, October 23, 2023.
