AWLO Set To Host Pan African American Leadership Award in Atlanta, USA

The Pan African American Leadership Award, an initiative of African Women in Leadership Organisation (AWLO) aimed at preserving the ideals of Pan Africanism is set to hold on n the 21st of October, 2023 in Atlanta, USA.

According to AWLO Founder, Dr. Elisha Attai, the 2023 PAALA Awards Ceremony  will celebrate the exceptional leaders of African descent and their contributions to the growth of African American communities in the United States of America and the African continent as a whole. This prestigious award is in alignment with resolutions of Pan African congresses for the benefit of black heritage.

He revealed that PAALA 2023 received over 350 nominations from Africa and the diaspora. However, a total of 20 names has made it the final list of distinguished 2023 PAALA Winners.

This year’s award has Senator Donzella James of the Georgia State Senate as the chairperson, with several other distinguished speakers from across the globe.
