Chicago State University (CSU) has released more academic records of Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as directed by the United States court to Atiku Abubakar.
Atiku, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the just concluded presidential election, had asked the university to release to him the academic records of his political opponent in the last general elections in Nigeria.
Atiku is currently challenging the declaration of Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the February 25 poll.
Parts of Atiku’s petitions include challenging the academic records of the APC presidential candidate.
He argued that Tinubu did not graduate from Chicago State University as claimed in his academic records, which he submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
