Court Restrains NASS from Taking Over Functions of Edo Assembly

The Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has perpetually Restrained NASS, DSS, Police from taking over and interfering in the activities of Edo State House of Assembly.

The governor is also restrained from issuing another proclamation letter.

All orders are permanent till the determination of the case.
