Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, has pleaded not guilty to the fraud charges laid against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
He took his not-guilty plea at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
The Federal Government had earlier in January, filed 10 charges bordering on allegations of fraud against the former SGF.
