The Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Peter Ayodele Fayose, has written the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission intimating them of his intention to appear at its Abuja office to answer questions bordering on issues of his administration.
Fayose’s letter to the anti-graft agency, expressing his intention to visit their office was received by the office of the Executive Chairman on Tuesday, September 11, 2018.
The letter dated September 10, 2018, which was made available to The Boss, and titled: NOTIFICATION OF MY INTENTION TO MAKE MYSELF AVAILABLE IN YOUR OFFICE TO CLARIFY ISSUE(S) OR ANSWER QUESTIONS ON ISSUES WITHIN MY KNOWLEDGE, detailed Fayose’s running battles with the agency while governor. He noted that his tenure as governor will elapse on October 15, 2018, and as a result will make himself available on October, 16 2018 to answer whatever question the agency has for him.
