After much elaborate publicity and preparation, the beautiful auditorium of the United Palace, Broadway, New York, United States of America has come alive once again as Reverend Esther Ajayi’s Love of Christ Generation Church hosts the second edition of its annual convention tagged Celebrate the Comforter. The theme of this year’s event is Celebrating Unity in the Holy Spirit.
The annual pilgrimage of some sort is borne out of the desire of Reverend Mother Ajayi to bring together the two major white garment churches of the world – Cherubim and Seraphim and Celestial Church of Christ, both with original roots in Nigeria. Again, it is meant to prove to the world that white garment churches are not fetish but believe in Jesus Christ and practice the bible and its doctrines.
The previous year’s event, held at the Excel London, recorded huge success, and it is believed that 2018’s event will leverage on the successes of the last and make unprecedented improvements.
According to the Chief Host, Reverend Mother Esther Ajayi, congregants have arrived the United States from various parts of the world and are in high spirit to receive from the Holy Spirit.
She revealed that spiritual foods for the edification of the soul such as praises and worship featuring a 150-man combined mass choir of Cherubim and Seraphim and Celestial Church of Christ will be served.
“Come and join us for an unforgettable day of life changing prayer, preaching, praise and celebration in honour to God. Thousands of people from all walks of life are already on ground to worship in love, spirit and truth. There will be healing, drama, distribution of bibles and many more,” she said.
She added: “We’ll see both churches come together to proclaim the name of Jesus, evangelise, pray for peace in the USA, Nigeria and the wider world and have powerful praise and worship that will shake United Palace to its very foundations.
No celebration would be complete without music and CELEBRATING THE COMFORTER will be a great display of music to the glory of God.”
On the lineup of performers for the day are: Chief Ebenezer Obey, Evang.Bola Are, Olatunde Olomola, Sir Sina Peters, Lady Evang. Bisi Alawiye and Muyiwa and Riversongz
On the podium are His Most Eminence Prophet (Dr.) Solomon Adegboyega Alao, Rev. Pastor Emmanuel Mobiyina Friday Oshoffa, Rev Prophetess Esther Abimbola Ajayi and a great many others.
It promises to be a time of a lifetime.
