Arsenal Manager, Arsene Wenger, has confirmed that he wants the 21 years old midfielder and the German forward, Serge Gnabry, in his club and extend his contract.
However, Gnabry, who has scored six goals in four games for Germany at the Rio 2016 Olympics, is the subject of attention from Bundesliga with a move to Hertha Berlin, and the team’s manager, Pal Dardai, has revealed that Gnabry is the type of player he needs in Hertha Berlin.
The versatile forward and highly rated, Gnabry, had a disappointing enchantment on loan to West Brom last season which was terminated in January by team’s coach, Tony Pulis
Also, the German starlet’s performances in the Olympics have once again prompted Wenger and Arsenal fans to recognise his attacking qualities, which he confirmed are likely to be exploited this season.
“I want to keep Serge Gnabry and prolong his contract,” said Wenger.
