Real Reason Kiss Daniel Snubbed G-worldwide Entertainment

It is no longer news that Yeba crooner, Kiss Daniel has cut all ties with the G-worldwide entertainment record label after three years of building an astonishing music profession with them.

However, facts have emerged as to why the budding artiste left the brand even after his album, New Era, was celebrated and named Best Album at the last edition of the Headies awards.

It was revealed that Kiss Daniel, whose singles `Sofa’ and `Yeba’ were well received, was, as a G-Worldwide artiste, allegedly banned from being featured by artistes outside of his record label, and such an arrangement, according to sources was unacceptable to the musician. So far, only his ‘Good Time’ was redone by Wizkid, and was probably the only time his work was used outside of G-Worldwide.

Although Kiss Daniel has claimed that all is well with G-Worldwide and that he was grateful to the label for giving him a platform to showcase his talent to the world, he stated that it was the right time for him to leave G-Worldwide Entertainment and move on.

I’ll always appreciate the role G- Worldwide has played so far but it’s time to take this to a whole new level. Expect nothing short of the quality sound you know Kiss Daniel for. This move will only make things better as I look forward to greater years ahead” he said.

With this new development, the Mama crooner will be able to do collaborations with whoever he wants – one thing he never experienced while under his last label.

The singer who was signed by G-Worldwide Entertainment in 2013, is one of the highest rated artistes in the country.

The much loved singer has since moved on to his own personal label known as FlyBoy INC., debunking suggestions from the rumour mill that he left G-Worldwide because of the inordinate ambition to be called his own boss. But whatever the actual reason for his decision, the truth remains that Kiss Daniel is out of G-Worldwide, and has pitched tenth with FlyBoy INC.
