Nigerian Entrepreneurship Experts Honour ‘Ola Grace’s Book Launch

There is no other way to learn the power-base of successful entrepreneurs, other than during the gathering of successful entrepreneurs of various fields. Therefore, the commemorative special workshop for the book launch of “Our Entrepreneurship Mandate”, authored by Ola Grace, provided the avenue. The book exposed several ways to become successful in one’s chosen career.


The book launch and workshop, which was held at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA), Victoria Island, Lagos, was honoured by plenary experts in media/lifestyle, manufacturing, agriculture specialist, socialpreneur, technopreneur, finance experts and many more. The event was themed “Entrepreneurship: the Dynamics of Wealth Creation and Job Creation.”


The keynote Speaker of the day, Prof. Pat Utomi, who is also a management expert and Professor of Political Economy, in his speech, stated that for any human to progress in life, such has to be based on entrepreneur. “Work ethics can drive your progress as an entrepreneur, the only thing that can shape human progress is value, and leaders are the ones responsible to shape value for anyone in the society.”

He futher said: “Our country is a youth world, and is in a position to become a time bomb with young people creating gang of robbers everywhere, or educate them for what really help, or create entrepreneurial culture in them, and give us a demographic diffidence.

“A country must have a youth policy that will enshrine certain values of enterprise. Within that youth policy, we can create an entrepreneurial revolution that can drive rules. These are what people like, ‘Ola Grace has convene in this book.” He said.

According to the Special Guest of Honour, a Media/lifestyle Expert and CEO of Ovation Media Group, Bashorun Dele Momodu, entrepreneurship has no restriction, anywhere you find yourself, you must make use of every available opportunities there.

“Most of our leaders lack intellectual capacity to run the country’s affairs, and that’s why banks request massive collateral from youths who wants to implement business idea through loan.” He said.

Also, the book reviewer, Mr. Biyi Oladipo, stated that the entrepreneur mandate is more Afro-centric. “Africa, more than any part of the world has a huge socio-economic burden and the urgency to meet the need behoves more than ever,” he said.

“Our Entrepreneurs Mandate” is a book that courageously tackles the critical need for channeling the enormous wealth and potential of Africa through entrepreneurship and new business endeavours. ‘Ola Grace meticulously breaks down a process for establishing economic strength in the continent through global commerce.

Dignitaries at the event include Wife of Lagos State governor, Mrs. Bolanle Ambode, who was represented by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works, Mrs. Willison Adebowale; a manufacturing expert, Mr. Odun Emesealu; Senator Olorunnimbe Mamora, Seun Okibaloye, Agricultural expert, Mr. Shedrack Madlion; father of the Author, Dr. Dele Shobowale; Mr. & Mrs. Bunmi Ajibomi, Mr. and Mrs. Okorogbon, Tope Adaramola as MC, Pastor Segun Ogedengbe, and many other amiable personalities.
