Liberia Election 2017: Survey Rates CDC Candidate, George Weah High


As the Liberian October 10 election date draws dangerously close, the CDC candidate, George Opong Weah is reportedly leading on opinion poll conducted by the Liberia Election Survey 2017 to reflect on the candidate with the best reputation, perception ability among other factors.

The survey, which accommodated a field period of 18 days (August 2 – 20, 2017), adopted a face to face survey through electronic tablet. A total of 4 428 people registered on the
electoral list were said to have participated in the survey.

Among various grey areas covered by the survey include Outgoing President Action and Expectations of people using yardsticks like free health care, job creation, free scholarship among others.

George Weah really proved to be the candidate to beat, having come out tops on perception of ability of main candidates, reputation level, image attributes.
