Feelers are beginning to emerge to suggest that the fight among the Okoye brothers may just be another publicity stunt.

In the words of an upcoming artiste whose songs are already making waves, Damayo, the fight may just be one of the fakes seen in the entertainment industry, which he claims is also fake.

“These things happen,” he said citing the fact the the duo may be planning something big, and needs something big to draw attention to themselves.

Buttressing, top producer and show biz presenter, Kenny Ogungbe, better known in the entertainment industry as KK, said the group may for all intent and purpose be planning a big show in December, and what they are doing now is more like promotion.

“I am sure they have a massive show coming up in December and they are using this as a publicity stunt. They have over 100 songs and people who called us on the radio within 15 minutes, requested for about 29 of their songs.

“If you are breaking up after recording about 100 songs, will you break up to record another big song as a solo artiste? At what age? How many songs are they going to release that would be up to what they have released already? At what age do they want to do that when people are interested in listening to songs released by younger artistes? Quote me anywhere that I said it is a game. In the video that was released online, Paul said it was a shame to Peter. It is a game (laughs). Quote me anywhere that I said that it is a game but if they don’t get back together, good luck to them,” he said.

Many have wondered why someone would just concentrate on filming a fight among brothers, and release it to the press hours after.

“Who filmed the fight, and who released it. Leave these people, they know what they are doing,” a music follower said.

It will be recalled that in recent times the Psquare group, including their manager-brother, Jude, have been embroiled in fights culminating in the one that happened in their lawyer’s office where blows were almost released amidst name calling.

The entertainment world awaits the outcome of the brotherly war, which many believe could be another media/publicity stunt.
