Canadian songstress, Celine Dion is yet again in the news for another sad reason. The mother of three (3) who recently lost her husband, René Angélil to cancer in the early start of 2016, just two days before her brother Daniel lost his cancer battle, told Echos Vedettes magazine that her brother-in-law is being treated for cancer at a palliative care facility.
Guy Poirier, is being treated for cancer that has spread to his lungs, brain and bones at the Maison Adheman-Dion, a palliative care facility named after Celine’s father Adhemar, who died of bone cancer in 2003.
According to the Toronto Sun Claudette – one of Celine’s 12 siblings – told the magazine; “My brother-in-law is at the Maison Adheman-Dion and he is still conscious. My sister (Liette) is with him and she is very strong. People of the Maison are angels and they are taking very good care of our brother-in-law.”
