EFCC officially invites Femi Fani-Kayode


The Economic and Financial Crimes Commissions (EFCC), has invited the former Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential campaign organisation spokesperson, Femi Fani-Kayode over ongoing criminal investigations.

The letter dated May 6th 2016, was issued by the Anti-graft agency’s head of CTGI/Pension Fraud Section, Mr. Mohammed Umar Abba for the executive chairman, Mr Ibrahim Magu.

The letter stated that Fani-Kayode is requested to report at the Wuse office of the Anti-graft agency on Monday 9th May, 2016 for criminal conspiracy, fraud and money laundry involving Joint Trust Limited.

Fani-Kayode’s lawyer have also responded to the letter informing the anti-graft body of his willingness to make himself available to assist in the investigations.
